Collis Studios Tableware - creating edible artistry
Of late, Collis Studios has been making a range of custom tableware for restaurants for high-end restaurants in New Zealand. While the fabulous trend of cuisine is current, tableware has been a large part of the Studio's offering for a long time.
A few examples are below, some of which were specifically designed for an exhibition at the Auckland Art Gallery, and another collection of the SeaT Collection for David Trubridge and essenze.
